We use only the freshest ingredients, our herbs and vegetables come from our own garden and local suppliers including Bernard Roughan Butchers Ennistymon, Mc Cambridges Galway, Galway Bay Seafood, Pallas Foods, K&C Norton, Celtic Salads, Limerick Fruit & Veg, St Tola Goats Cheese, Musgraves Galway, Tindal Wine Merchants and Galvin Wines.
